How Rooms Work
There are two types of lodging options at Ridgecrest Conference Center.
The first option is to just pay for your own bed. If you choose this, we’ll match you with other same-gender roommates around your age in one of the bunkhouses. Bunkhouses sleep twelve people. You do not have to find roommates if you choose this option (though you may request one roommate while purchasing your room). There will be a trained, background-checked parent supervisor in each bunkhouse.
The second option is to pay for a full hotel room and then find roommates to split the cost with you. This is similar to reserving any other hotel room–one person is responsible for reserving the room and paying the bill. They are then responsible for gathering payments from their roommates if splitting the cost.

As you review our lodging options below, be aware that there are a limited number of hotel rooms. Book early to guarantee one!
Bunkhouse (single bed)
There are six bunk beds in each room, sleeping twelve in total. Each bunkhouse is complete with a modern design and modern bathrooms and showers, with beddings and towels provided. You do not need to find roommates if you choose this option (though you may request one roommate while registering); you will be paired with other same-gender roommates around your age.
Each bunkhouse for minors will have a designated supervisor. This will be a trained, background-checked parent volunteer who will help ensure the organization and safety of everyone within their room.
The bunkhouses are about a five to six minute walk to the main meeting spaces or dining hall, with a short pathway connecting them for convenient access.
The bunkhouses are for students and siblings only. If you are a parent/guardian, you will need to stay in a hotel room or off-site.

Bunkhouse (Full Room; Sleeps 12)
This room is identical to the one listed above. Choose this option if you’d like to reserve a full bunkhouse (not just a single bed) and fill it with roommates of your choice.

Hotel (Sleeps 4)
With two queen beds, this room type can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Each room has a private bath, mini fridge, and coffee station. Full amenities, including toiletries and bedding, are provided. Shared microwaves are available down the hall. A fitness room is located on the first floor.
This hotel building is connected to the main meeting spaces via a short skybridge, making it about a two-three minute walk from your hotel to the main room. Or a five minute walk to the dining hall.
